1. About It Is Written Apparel

A: We offer high-quality apparel and accessories including hoodies, crewneck sweatshirts, t-shirts, hats, and other faith-inspired clothing pieces designed to uplift and encourage.

A: We’re proudly based in Alabama, United States and ship orders throughout the U.S.

2. Orders & Payments

Q: How can I place an order?

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other secure payment options supported through Shopify Payments.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s been placed?

A: Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days after shipping.
You’ll receive a tracking email once your order is on the way.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: At this time, we only ship within the United States. We plan to offer international shipping in the future — stay tuned for updates!

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also check your order status through your customer account on our website.

A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed, and unused items with original tags attached.

Q: Are sale items refundable?
A: Sale, clearance, and final sale items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
