1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
During high-demand periods, such as holidays or new releases, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or order volume.
3. Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship orders via:

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships so you can follow its progress.
4. Shipping Locations
Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please:

6. Delays and Lost Packages
While we work with reliable carriers, occasional delays or lost packages can occur.

We’ll review your case promptly and arrange a replacement or refund as needed.
8. Pre-Orders and Made-to-Order Items
Some items may be available for pre-order or made-to-order production.
Shipping times for these products will be clearly noted on the product page and may differ from standard delivery timelines.
9. Changes or Cancellations

Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancellations.
